Marwyn Partners International (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is issued in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

We collect only the information you choose to give us. If you complete the enquiry form on our contact page, we collect your name, email address, organisation where supplied, the enquiry type you select and the content of your message.

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or third-party tracking. No cookies are set by us.

Why we process it

We process the information above for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to continue a commercial conversation you have started with us. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as is necessary to deal with the matter and to meet our record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate this website and our correspondence systems, and only to the extent they need it. Where a provider processes information outside South Africa, we satisfy ourselves that the transfer meets the requirements of section 72 of POPIA.

How we protect it

This website is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and applies a strict content security policy. Access to enquiry correspondence is limited to the people who need it.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask us to:

confirm what personal information we hold about you;
correct or delete information that is inaccurate, irrelevant or out of date;
object to our processing of your information; and
lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
